La\u00a0<strong>fam\u00edlia Segura-Siquier<\/strong>\u00a0s\u00f3n els responsables d&#8217;aquesta fonda i, tamb\u00e9 de les espectaculars coves que es troben en aquesta mateixa finca, coneguda com So Na Pacs, que s&#8217;encarreguen de gestionar des del 1945.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant Ses Coves \u00e9s d&#8217;obertura m\u00e9s recent, concretament de l&#8217;any 2017.\u00a0<strong>La terrassa\u00a0\u00e9s molt agradable<\/strong>\u00a0i tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 un petit espai interior, de poca capacitat.\u00a0 Cal comentar que durant l&#8217;estiu nom\u00e9s obren al vespre, mentre que durant l&#8217;hivern i la tardor nom\u00e9s obren a migdia.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;entre les\u00a0<strong>especialitats\u00a0<\/strong>cal destacar la porcella mallorquina sense os, les v\u00e8rtoles amb p\u00e8sols, pastanag\u00f3 i ou confitat, el\u00a0<strong>calamar de potera a la brasa<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>navalles al caliu<\/strong>, la<strong>\u00a0costella de vaca vella madurada<\/strong>\u00a0i, fins i tot, una graella de verdures.
