Pelau les tom\u00e0tigues i trossejau-les. Abocau-les damunt el pa (perqu\u00e8 es vagi amarant i llavors sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil de triturar). Afegiu-hi l\u2019all (sense la part verda central) picat, l\u2019oli i sal. Triturau la mescla fins aconseguir una crema ben fina. Guardau-la a la gelera.<\/p>\n<p>Serviu-la amb cruixent de cuixot. Per preparar el cruixent, posau tallades primetes de cuixot damunt un tros de paper sulfuritzat. Cobriu-les amb un altre tros de paper i coeu-les al forn, a 170\u00ba, durant aproximadament 10 minuts. Deixau-les refredar. En ser fredes quedaran ben cruixents (no el prepareu amb gaire antelaci\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 perd la textura cruixent en poques hores).
