{"id":86613,"date":"2023-12-21T00:29:08","date_gmt":"2023-12-20T23:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/record-en-la-produccio-doli-doliva-a-mallorca"},"modified":"2023-12-21T00:29:08","modified_gmt":"2023-12-20T23:29:08","slug":"record-en-la-produccio-doli-doliva-a-mallorca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/es\/record-en-la-produccio-doli-doliva-a-mallorca","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e8cord en la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva a Mallorca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Oli de Mallorca ha presentat els nous Olis d\u2019oliva verge extra de la campanya 2023 al Casal Solleric de Palma, acte que va comptar amb la pres\u00e8ncia del director insular de Comer\u00e7, Alfredo Arias; la directora general de Patrimoni i Interpretaci\u00f3 de Palma, Pilar Ribal i la directora gerent de l\u2019IRFAP, Georgina Brunet; el president d\u2019Honor de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Oli de Mallorca, Pep Oliver, comercialitzadors, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 una bona representaci\u00f3 d\u2019oliers i elaboradors del segell de qualitat.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre els Olis d\u2019oliva verge extra (OOVE) d\u2019aquesta anyada, el president del consell regulador, Joan Mayol ha indicat que \u2018\u2019han resultat d\u2019una qualitat excel\u00b7lent, arom\u00e0tics i saborosos\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la campanya de collita, ha explicat que \u2018\u2019<strong>la d\u2019enguany ha sigut la segona millor collita des de que es va crear la D.O Oli de Mallorca<\/strong>. Tot i aix\u00ed, encara que l\u2019entrada d\u2019oliva a les nostres tafones [referint-se a les inscrites a la denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019origen] ha sigut un 47% superior als cinc anys anteriors, el rendiment ha resultat inferior, cosa que, malauradament, implica un increment de costs, que les empreses hauran de gestionar. Aix\u00ed i tot, l\u2019oli mallorqu\u00ed de qualitat no ha patit l\u2019increment especulatiu de preu com l\u2019experimentat pel peninsular.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Mayol tamb\u00e9 ha recordat que \u2018\u2019l\u2019oli novell de proximitat \u00e9s un privilegi exclusiu. Regalar oli novell per Nadal \u00e9s una mostra d\u2019amistat i d\u2019estimaci\u00f3 que no pot ser m\u00e9s gran. Una botella d\u2019oli t\u00e9 molta m\u00e9s vida que qualsevol altre present gastron\u00f2mic, i ens far\u00e0 presents a la taula o la cuina de la persona que el rebi durant molts de dies.
