Un total de 13 restaurants participen a les jornades gastron\u00f2miques\u00a0<strong>Alar\u00f3 cuina amb Bolets<\/strong>, una iniciativa impulsada per l&#8217;Ajuntament encap\u00e7alat per\u00a0<strong>Lloren\u00e7 Perell\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La cita comen\u00e7a el <strong>divendres 25 de novembre i finalitzar\u00e0\u00a0l\u201911 de desembre a fins a 13 restaurants d\u2019Alar\u00f3<\/strong>. La presentaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;esdeveniment es va fer el dilluns 21 de novembre al Casal de Son Tugores, amb la pres\u00e8ncia de restauradors, del batle Lloren\u00e7 Perell\u00f3, com tamb\u00e9 de Cati Cifre, regidora de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>El batle Perell\u00f3 ha destacat que existeix \u00ab<strong>un p\u00fablic fidelitzat que espera aquestes jornades i que creix any rere any<\/strong>\u00ab. A m\u00e9s explica que es tracta d\u2019una iniciativa promocional important per als restaurants que coincideix en un moment, abans de Nadal, \u00abon els baixa la demanda de forma important. Aquestes jornades suposen un complement notable\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Perell\u00f3 ha indicat que ara han arribat les primeres pluges i que encara \u00e9s prest per saber com anir\u00e0 la temporada de bolets a Alar\u00f3, per\u00f2 que els bars cuinaran amb aquest ingredient preuat tant si \u00e9s amb producte local com si \u00e9s importat.<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>propostes abasten<\/strong>\u00a0des de\u00a0<strong>llonguets amb sobrassada i picornells<\/strong>, fins a\u00a0<strong>canelons d&#8217;\u00e0nec, foie i beixamel de camagroc<\/strong>s, fins a frit de bolets o\u00a0<strong>ventresca de tonyina amb bolets salvatges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les jornades Alar\u00f3 cuina amb Bolets acabaran amb el tradicional Mercadet de Nadal que se celebra els propers dies 10 i 11 de desembre.
