Est\u00e0 elaborat amb la varietat aut\u00f2ctona mallorquina Escursac. Catalina Ribot, propiet\u00e0ria del celler, i el seu equip s&#8217;ha encarregat de recuperar aquest tipus de ra\u00efm de l&#8217;oblit i des de l&#8217;any 2006 hi treballa. Despr\u00e9s de molts d&#8217;anys de dedicaci\u00f3 han presentat aquest monovarietal negre, que destaca per ser un vi fresc, un ra\u00efm que el Diccionari Catal\u00e0 &#8211; Valenci\u00e0 &#8211; Balear defineix com a molt bo per fer vi. Eira \u00e9s una ginebra gallega que es diferencia de la resta perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 derivats de la castanya i de l&#8217;avellana. Rub\u00e9n P\u00e9rez \u00e9s el creador d&#8217;aquesta ginebra artesana que, tot i tenir una graduaci\u00f3 elevada de 45\u00ba, \u00e9s molt agradable, amb aromes de ginebr\u00f3 i c\u00edtrics, a m\u00e9s de bergamota, coriandre, s\u00e0lvia, nabius i roses.
