Obert el mes de juny de 2022 pels germans\u00a0<strong>Tony i Kiko Escribano<\/strong>, \u00e9s un espai per a aquelles persones que volen menjar b\u00e9 sense estar encotillat durant tot l&#8217;apat.<\/p>\n<p>El xef \u00e9s Carlos Hubert, que t\u00e9 una dilatada traject\u00f2ria en els fogons. Alguns dels plats que hi trobareu \u00e9s l&#8217;<strong>hamburgueseta\u00a0de calamar amb pebres del Piquillo<\/strong>, el t\u00e0rtar de tonyina amb salsa de maracui\u00e0\u00a0o el camp de mines (xulla fregida i servida amb diferents tipus de salses coentes com ara el wasabi, el pebre Carolina Ripper, entre d&#8217;altres). Tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n de destacar les<strong>\u00a0croquetes com les de pollastre tandori\u00a0o les de butifarra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El local \u00e9s acollidor i es troba entre el Passeig Mallorca i la Rambla. Al mat\u00ed, hi fan berenars en els quals la truita \u00e9s el principal reclam.
