Elaborar-la \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (per a 6 persones)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 litres de llet<\/li>\n<li>4 ous<\/li>\n<li>1 branca de canyella<\/li>\n<li>75 grams de sucre (orientatiu, en funci\u00f3 del gust de cadascun).<\/li>\n<li>25\u00a0 grams\u00a0\u00a0de farina tipus Maizena<\/li>\n<li>1 llimona grossa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Feis la llimona neta i la pelau, procurant no agafar la part blanca perqu\u00e8 ens amargar\u00e0 el plat. Reservau la pell.<\/li>\n<li>En un gotet de llet, dissoleu la Maizena (mid\u00f3 de blat de moro).<\/li>\n<li>La resta de llet, la posau en una olla i la bulliu a foc lent, juntament amb la canyella i la ratlladura de la llimona. Just abans que bulli, retirau-la del foc i deixau que es temperi.<\/li>\n<li>Mentrestant, en un bol bateu els ous i afegiu-hi el sucre, removeu-ho fins que estigui tot integrat. Despr\u00e9s, afegiu-hi la llet dissolta amb Maizena.<\/li>\n<li>Tota la mescla, la tornareu a posar a foc lent fins que comenci a bullir. Veureu que s&#8217;haur\u00e0 format la crema, que dividireu en potets individuals. Deixau-ho refredar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per cremar el sucre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quan estigui la crema ben freda, tirau per damunt sucre abundant i cremau-lo amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un bufador de cuina o un cremador.
