Ho reservem en un bol.<br \/>\nPiquem la resta d&#8217;ingredients per aquest ordre :<br \/>\nla col, 5 segons. velocitat 4.<br \/>\nLes pastanagues netes i pelades, 5 segons, velocitat 5.<br \/>\nEls cogombres 3 segons, velocitat 4<br \/>\nLes olives, 4 segons, velocitat 4<br \/>\nLa col llombarda, 5 segons, velocitat 5<br \/>\nA mesura que anem picant, anem abocant en un bol gran, el got de la Thermomix (Thmx), no el cal rentar cada vegada.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fem la lactonesa<\/em><br \/>\nMesurem l&#8217;oli i el reservem.<br \/>\nEn el got de la Thmx posem la llet, l&#8217;all, la sal i el pebre, programem 30 segons, 37\u00ba, velocitat 5.<br \/>\nEn acabar el temps, programem 3 minuts, 37\u00ba, vel. 5 i anem abocant l&#8217;oli poc a poc per damunt la tapa, sense traure el cubilet, l&#8217;oli anir\u00e0 caient a poc a poc dins del got. Despr\u00e9s afegim la llimona i barregem uns segons m\u00e9s. Podem rectificar de sal un cop ha acabat.<\/p>\n<p><em>Presentaci\u00f3<\/em><br \/>\nBarrejar tots els ingredients, afegim la lactonesa i barregem.<br \/>\nReservem una mica de cada ingredient i el presentem en una safata amb m\u00e9s lactonesa en un bol, per si alg\u00fa no ho vol barrejat o no li agrada algun ingredient.<br \/>\nTamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una manera molt atractiva de presentar els ingredients que porta l&#8217;amanida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comencem picant els ous durs, programant 2 segons, velocitat 4.
