Aquesta vitamina, \u00e9s fonamental per al bon funcionament dels processos fisiol\u00f2gics humans i l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia a la dieta de forma continuada, pot provocar molts de problemes de salut.<\/p>\n<p>Segurament els sucs de fruites naturals venen m\u00e9s de gust de bon mat\u00ed que una amanida, una hortalissa o una pe\u00e7a de fruita, per\u00f2 l\u2019alta aportaci\u00f3 de sucres lliures els fan poc aconsellables, sobretot per als infants.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s millor prescindir-ne, i substituir-los per altres aliments que aporten la quantitat di\u00e0ria necess\u00e0ria de vitamina C (que es situa entre els 40 i els 100 mil\u00b7ligrams, segons l&#8217;OMS) i que a m\u00e9s redueixen la ingesta de sucres i augmenten la de fibra vegetal, un compost fonamental per a la bona salut de la flora intestinal i per a mantenir l&#8217;obesitat, la diabetis i les malalties cardiovasculars allunyades.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n fruites i hortalisses que s\u2019han de menjar preferentment en cru per poder aprofitar el m\u00e0xim de vitamines.
