Situat a&nbsp;<strong>Sant Llu\u00eds,<\/strong>&nbsp;al sud-est de Menorca, el celler Binifadet \u00e9s avui una de les refer\u00e8ncies vitivin\u00edcoles m\u00e9s destacades de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte de Binifadet&nbsp;<strong>va comen\u00e7ar com una iniciativa privada l\u2019any 1979<\/strong>&nbsp;amb vinyes experimentals i es va anar consolidant durant els anys noranta.&nbsp;<strong>El celler es va inaugurar oficialment l\u2019any 2004<\/strong>&nbsp;i des de llavors ha anat guanyant prestigi tant dins com fora de l\u2019illa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Binifadet es cultiven diverses varietats de ra\u00efm, tant aut\u00f2ctones com internacionals.
