De llavors en\u00e7\u00e0, segueixen la mateixa recepta per fer els arrossos, amb la s\u00edpia com a protagonista, ja que la tinta d&#8217;aquest animal \u00e9s essencial per al fondo que elaboren. El negoci es va batiar com a Can Bernat en honor al pare Miquel Amengual i al fill del matrimoni Amengual-Grimalt. Despr\u00e9s, el restaurant va passar\u00a0<strong>Bernat Amengual<\/strong>\u00a0i a\u00a0<strong>Joana Roig<\/strong>\u00a0i, actualment, el regenta la tercera generaci\u00f3 amb\u00a0<strong>Maria Amengual<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Miquel Ramis<\/strong>\u00a0al capdavant.<\/p>\n<p>Cal destacar que t\u00e9\u00a0<strong>aparcament propi<\/strong>\u00a0i que el producte sempre \u00e9s fresc, de la llonja de Portocolom, concretament de la barca de\u00a0Ramon\u00a0<em>del Penyal Roig<\/em>.
