El  past\u00eds d\u2019aquesta foto el vam fer amb un motlle una mica m\u00e9s gran i menys quantitat d\u2019ou.<\/p>\n<p>Estris: 2 paelles, 1 motlle quadrat dels d\u2019emplatar d\u2019aproximadament 11&#215;11 cm)<br \/><strong>Elaboraci&oacute;<\/strong><br \/>1.- Si no tens la carabassa torrada, fes-ho ara.<\/p>\n<p>2.- Mentrestant, si vas a fer el past\u00eds amb motlles d\u2019emplatar, folra\u2019ls amb paper de forn:<\/p>\n<p>3.- V\u00e9s fent la botifarra. Trau-li la pell i esmicola-la. Sofregeix-la en una paella i reserva.<\/p>\n<p>4.- Quan tingues la carabassa feta, pesa els 300 g que es necessiten per a aquesta recepta (la resta, reserva-la per a un altre \u00fas: past\u00eds de carabassa i xocolata, bunyols de carbassa, coca de carabassa i xocolata, o simplement, mengeu-la amb sucre).<\/p>\n<p>5.-Posa una mica de mantega en una paella, afegeix la carabassa i v\u00e9s aixafant-la amb una forquilla (no cal que la tritures pr\u00e8viament). Sofregeix-la fins que perda una mica d\u2019aigua.<\/p>\n<p>6.- A continuaci\u00f3 posa les dues cullerades de parmes\u00e0 i les dues de formatge d\u2019untar i remena b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>7.- Bat els ous i afegeix-los a la barreja anterior. Remena en\u00e8rgicament i retira de seguida del foc. Ha de tenir una consist\u00e8ncia similar a la d\u2019una beixamel bastant densa. <\/p>\n<p>8.- Seguidament agafa el motlle on far\u00e0s el past\u00eds i posa la meitat d\u2019aquesta barreja. Enforna un 5-7 minuts fins que estiga una mica quallada aquesta capa.<\/p>\n<p>9.-Trau del forn i fica la capa de botifarra i una altra capa de carabassa. Fica una mica de parmes\u00e0 per damunt.<\/p>\n<p>10.- Enforna fins que es qualle i es gratine el formatge, uns 10-15 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>11.- Serveix tebi.<\/p>\n<p>Nota: Cuinar amb carabassa pot resultar arriscat ja que de vegades has d\u2019ajustar les quantitats dels ingredients depenent de si aquesta fa m\u00e9s aigua o menys. Aix\u00f2 no hi ha problema si estem fent una crema o un pur\u00e9 per\u00f2 s\u00ed que ens influir\u00e0 en una coca o un past\u00eds. Si et passa que la carabassa tendeix a treure bastant aigua (normalment s\u00f3n les que trobes poc dolces despr\u00e8s de traure-les del forn), juga amb el foc en el punt 5 o amb els ingredients posant-li m\u00e9s parmes\u00e0 o un ou m\u00e9s i no tindr\u00e0s cap problema.<br \/>\nTemps total: (amb la carabassa torrada) uns 30 minuts<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.-
