Afegiu-hi els bolets i deixeu-los fins que s&#8217;hagi evaporat l&#8217;aigua que han deixat anar. Afegiu-hi el julivert tallat fi i la sal.<\/p>\n<p>Escampeu els bolets a sobre de les soffiettes y poseu-hi a sobre l&#8217;ou poch\u00e9. Poseu-hi sal i el cibulet picat. Adorneu el conjunt amb flors de roman\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer els ous poch\u00e9:<br \/>\nPoseu aigua a bullir. Esteneu sobre una tassa una l\u00e0mina de film de cuina y pinteu-la amb oli.<\/p>\n<p>Trenqueu un ou i poseu-lo dins de la tassa. Tanqueu la l\u00e0mina de film fent un farcellet i lligueu-lo amb un fil.<\/p>\n<p>Poseu-lo dins de l&#8217;aigua bullent durant 4 o 5 minuts.
