Hi afegim les clo\u00efsses, el raig de xer\u00e9s i la branqueta de tim\u00f3 o roman\u00ed.<br \/>\nEn una altra paella saltem els llagostins pelats i trossejats (reservem els caps i alguns llagostins sensers ), els retirem de la paella i afegim una mica d&#8216; oli i el coral dels caps, donem un parell de voltes i reservem. .<br \/>\nAjuntem els bolets, les clo\u00efsses i els llagostins en una cassoleta, amanim amb l&#8216; oli dels caps dels llagostins i decorem amb unes branquetes de tim\u00f3 o roman\u00ed. .<!--more--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saltem els bolets amb oli d&#8216; oliva.
