Untau el marbre de la cuina amb un poc d\u2019oli (nom\u00e9s una capa molt fina). Deixau coure el sucre, a foc mitj\u00e0, sense remenar (important!), per\u00f2 sacsant la paella de tant en tant. Quan ja s\u2019hagi caramel\u00b7litzat (tendr\u00e0 color de mel), abocau-hi tot d\u2019una les ametlles torrades i remenau perqu\u00e8 es mesclin b\u00e9 amb el caramel. Abocau la preparaci\u00f3 damunt el marbre untat i amb una esp\u00e0tula aplanau-la fins que sigui del gruix de mig dit. Aquesta operaci\u00f3 ha de ser molt r\u00e0pida, perqu\u00e8 la preparaci\u00f3 es solifica en molt poc temps i si no us afanyau ja ser\u00e0 massa dura no podreu donar-li forma.<\/p>\n<p>Deixau refredar el tambor d\u2019ametla completament, trossejau-lo i guardau-lo en pots de vidre herm\u00e8tics (mai en recipients de pl\u00e0stic!). Es conserva b\u00e9 durant setmanes.<\/p>\n<p>Nota:<br \/>\nNormalment es fa servir mitja llimona en comptes d\u2019una esp\u00e0tula per aplanar el tambor d\u2019ametla en treure\u2019l de la paella. \u00c9s una bona opci\u00f3 si us agrada el gust de la llimona.
