Han de quedar flexibles per\u00f2 no gaire toves. Refredau-les sobre paper de cuina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el farcit, en un bol, barrejau el formatge crem\u00f3s amb unes gotes de suc de llimona, una mica de pebre i, si vols, anet fresc capolat. Tallau el salm\u00f3 en tires amples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s, feis les anelles. Esteneu una&nbsp;l\u00e0mina de carabass\u00f3 sobre la taula de treball. A continuaci\u00f3, untau-hi una capa fina de formatge, col\u00b7locau-hi una tireta de salm\u00f3 al damunt i enrotllau-ho amb cura fins a formar una anella compacta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per acabar, col\u00b7locau les anelles en una safata, regau-les amb un fil d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i decorau-les amb una mica m\u00e9s d\u2019anet o pebre molt.
