No obstant aix\u00f2, per millorar la capacitat cognitiva, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s bo fer exercici f\u00edsic. Amb l\u2019exercici, augmentar la capacitat de retenir informaci\u00f3, augmenta la concentraci\u00f3 i millora l\u2019humor.
