El formulari per registrar-se com a concursant est\u00e0 disponible a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/gambadesoller.es\/\">gambadesoller.es<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dia 25 d&#8217;agost, es donar\u00e0 a con\u00e8ixer la selecci\u00f3 dels sis finalistes en la web del certamen. El concurs \u00e9s de car\u00e0cter anual i est\u00e0 adre\u00e7at a professionals laboralment vinculats a empreses de restauraci\u00f3, centres de formaci\u00f3 en hostaleria i altres entitats relacionades amb la gastronomia.<\/p>\n<p>En la primera edici\u00f3, celebrada els dies 19 i 20 de setembre de 2021, es van validar 33 inscripcions i el guanyador va ser\u00a0<strong>Ra\u00fal Linares<\/strong>, cap de partida de\u00a0<strong>Voro<\/strong>, restaurant amb dues estrelles Michelin situat en Canyamel (Mallorca). El segon premi va recaure en el xef de la Rioja Javier Ruiz, de Delicious Gastronom\u00eda (Logronyo).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premis i bases del concurs<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les bases del concurs estableixen dos premis amb dotaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica: 1.500 euros per al guanyador i 500 per al segon classificat. Lourdes Plana, presidenta de la Real Academia de Gastronom\u00eda, tornar\u00e0 a encap\u00e7alar un jurat compost per cinc gastr\u00f2noms de reconegut prestigi i que haur\u00e0 d\u2019avaluar aquests cinc aspectes: sabor (10 punts), elaboraci\u00f3 (10), tractament de la gamba (10), originalitat (5) i presentaci\u00f3 (5). L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 es fa c\u00e0rrec de les despeses de despla\u00e7ament i allotjament dels concursants que resideixen fora de Mallorca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
