Aquest restaurant del Port d&#8217;Andratx, dissenyat per l&#8217;estudi d&#8217;arquitectura Garc\u00eda &#8211; Ruiz, va obrir les portes el mes de maig de l&#8217;any 2016 i gr\u00e0cies a la feina del seu equip s&#8217;ha convertit en un referent en cuina oriental a la zona d&#8217;Andratx.<\/p>\n<p>La carta ofereix propostes interessants en\u00a0<strong>cocteleria<\/strong>, com el <strong>Mango Volador<\/strong>, un c\u00f2ctel original de la casa fet amb cava, pur\u00e9 de mango, suc de llima, Passoa i ovada de peix volador.<\/p>\n<p>Algunes de les propostes de la carta s\u00f3n els nigiris de salm\u00f3 flambejat i de vedella flambejada, el chasu ib\u00e8ric (secret marinat amb salsa chasu, acompanyat d&#8217;alberg\u00ednies torrades i s\u00e8mola gratinada), l&#8217;ensalada de pasta cha soba (amb te verd) acompanyada de gambes, pop, vieries i salsa de blat de moro dol\u00e7 i salsa miso), a m\u00e9s d&#8217;un complet assortiment de sushis (rolls) i sashimi (com l&#8217;assortiment de 20 peces Sashimi Moriawase).<\/p>\n<p>Com \u00e9s tradici\u00f3 al Jap\u00f3, els plats es poden assaborir a la barra, just davant el cuiner, i tamb\u00e9 a les taules interiors i exteriors -davant la mar-. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, ofereixen servei per endur (take away).
