A m\u00e9s de dinar i sopar amb el puntet de coent que caracteritza els variats, encara podrem fer un vermudet al mat\u00ed, un costum que amb el temps quasi s\u00b4ha perdut a Mallorca. Hi trobareu llom amb esclata-sangs, s\u00edpia amb ceba, ensalada russa, etc., i els caps de setmana i festius arrebossats a voler (cervellets, calamars, croquetes).
