{"id":6966,"date":"2013-03-26T15:52:53","date_gmt":"2013-03-26T15:52:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anardetapes.cat\/?p=6966"},"modified":"2022-04-14T18:49:27","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T16:49:27","slug":"frit-vegetaria-de-pasqua","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/frit-vegetaria-de-pasqua","title":{"rendered":"Frit vegetari\u00e0 de Pasqua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Per a 6 persones<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de patates<\/li>\n<li>3 manats de grells<\/li>\n<li>1 manat de pastanagues<\/li>\n<li>1 paquet de seitan<\/li>\n<li>500 g de x\u00edtxeros (o p\u00e8sols si no sou de Manacor \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<li>1 kg de carxofes<\/li>\n<li>Tamari<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e8sam<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<li>Fonoll fresc<\/li>\n<li>1 all<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre bo<\/li>\n<li>Fulles de llorer<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de postres de pebre bord<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Pelau les patates, tallau-les a trinxes i fregiu-les en oli d&#8217;oliva. Reservau-les.<\/p>\n<p>Posau els x\u00edtxeros dins una olla amb un poc d&#8217;oli, dues fulles de llorer, pebre bo i un glopet d&#8217;aigua. Tapau l&#8217;olla i coueu els x\u00edtxeros durant 10 minuts. Reservau-los.- Passau per la pella el seitan, tallat a quadrets.<\/p>\n<p>Tallau les pastenagues a daus petits i sofregiu-les amb una mica d&#8217;oli. Afegiu-hi els grells tallats a rodanxes fines i l&#8217;all i, per acabar, les carxofes laminades i el fonoll. Les carxofes han de quedar una mica <em>al dente<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, mesclau tots els ingredients una vegada siguin cuits, amaniu-los amb tamari i s\u00e8sam, rectificau de sal si \u00e9s
