{"id":14297,"date":"2014-08-21T01:30:07","date_gmt":"2014-08-20T23:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=14297"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:17:43","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:17:43","slug":"coca-de-pebres-llom-alberginia","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/coca-de-pebres-llom-alberginia","title":{"rendered":"Coca de pebres, llom i alberg\u00ednia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients per a una coca gran:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>De la pasta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>130 g de cervesa de sabor suau<\/li>\n<li>100 g d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva (i un poc m\u00e9s per untar la llauna)<\/li>\n<li>un pessic de sal<\/li>\n<li>370 g de farina fluixa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Del farciment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 pebres vermells torrats<\/li>\n<li>2 alls<\/li>\n<li>2 alberg\u00ednies petites<\/li>\n<li>farina per arrebossar les alberg\u00ednies<\/li>\n<li>200 g de llom tallat primet<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<li>pebre bord dol\u00e7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tallau el llom a trinxes (o com us agradi m\u00e9s) i trempau-lo amb sal, oli i pebre bord.<\/p>\n<p>Tallau les alberg\u00ednies a rodanxes primetes; salau-les i posau-les a degotar \u00bd hora dins un colador.<\/p>\n<p>Pelau el pebres i feis-ne tires amb els dits. Deixau-los degotar una estona. Trempau-los amb sal, oli i els dos alls tallucats.<\/p>\n<p>Eixugau les rodanxes d\u2019alberg\u00ednia; enfarinau-les i fregiu-les. Posau-les a degotar damunt paper absorbent.<\/p>\n<p>Preparau ara la pasta: mesclau els ingredients l\u00edquids amb la sal. Incorporau-hi la farina per tandes fins que l\u2019hagi absorbit tota.<\/p>\n<p>Untau una llauna amb oli. Esteneu-hi la pasta al\u00e7ant una mica les voreres.<\/p>\n<p>Enceneu el forn a 220\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p>Col\u00b7locau una capa de pebres damunt la coca. Distribu\u00efu les tallades de llom i les rodanxes d\u2019alberg\u00ednia de manera que quedin ben repartides.<\/p>\n<p>En ser calent el forn, enfornau la coca i coeu-la durant 35-40 minuts. Si el vostre forn duu molta for\u00e7a, tapau la coca amb paper d\u2019alumini durant la primera part del temps de cocci\u00f3.<!--more--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tallau
