Es diferencia del panettone en la forma \u00a0i en alguns ingredients: en lloc de fruita confitada, habitualment duu pell de taronja confitada i s\u2019arrodoneix amb una cobertura de gla\u00e7a d\u2019ametlles i sucre granulat. Algunes variants modernes tamb\u00e9 incorporen xocolata, crema, o altres farcits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: (per a un motle de 750 grams)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>350 grams de farina de for\u00e7a<\/li>\n<li>12 grams de llevat fresc<\/li>\n<li>80 grams de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 ou<\/li>\n<li>60 grams de mantega<\/li>\n<li>Pell de taronja confitada (al gust)<\/li>\n<li>Extracte de vainilla o ratlladura de llimona (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Ametlles i sucre en gra per a la cobertura (al gust)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fermentaci\u00f3 de la pasta<\/strong>: preparau una massa mare o feu servir llevat fresc, barrejau-lo amb aigua t\u00e8bia i, posteriorment, amb la farina. Aquesta pasta ha de reposar diverses hores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pastar i afegir ingredients<\/strong>: un cop fermentada, afegiu-hi l&#8217;ou, el sucre, la mantega i la taronja confitada. Deixau-ho reposar perqu\u00e8 tovi novament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donar forma<\/strong>: dividiu la pasta en dues parts \u2014una per al cos i una altra per a les ales\u2014 i col\u00b7locau-la en un motlle especial en forma de colom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cobertura<\/strong>: abans d\u2019enfornar, cobriu-la amb una gla\u00e7a d\u2019ametlla i sucre granulat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cocci\u00f3<\/strong>: l&#8217;heu de coure al forn lentament fins que quedi daurada i esponjosa. A devers 160 graus durant 35-40 minuts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una mica m\u00e9s d&#8217;informaci\u00f3<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les colombes es mengen durant la Pasqua, particularment a partir del Divendres Sant fins al Diumenge de Resurrecci\u00f3. \u00c9s un dels dol\u00e7os m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tics de la cuina italiana pasqual i acostuma a compartir taula amb ous de xocolata i altres dol\u00e7os t\u00edpics d\u2019aquesta festivitat.<\/p>\n<p>Cada regi\u00f3 italiana pot tenir una lleugera variaci\u00f3 de la recepta original. L\u2019origen modern de la\u00a0<em>colomba pasqual<\/em>\u00a0es remunta als anys trenta del segle XX, quan l\u2019empresa italiana Motta, famosa pels seus panettones, va adaptar la recepta de Nadal per crear un producte de Pasqua amb una nova forma i simbolisme.
