El jurat, format per cuiners i especialistes gastron\u00f2mics varen lloar els plats preparats per la<strong>\u00a0jove cuinera d&#8217;Inca<\/strong>, que actualment fa les pr\u00e0ctiques a la\u00a0<strong>foodtruck Indivisible<\/strong>, creada el 2020 per\u00a0<strong>Josep Vich<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Cristhian Bejarano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El premi s&#8217;emmarca en la segona edici\u00f3 del\u00a0<strong>Campionat de Cuina Vegana Ciutat de Palma<\/strong>, celebrat el dijous\u00a0<strong>20 de maig<\/strong>\u00a0a l&#8217;hotel Meli\u00e0 Palma Marina, en el qual hi han participat 8 finalistes d&#8217;arreu de l&#8217;illa. Gl\u00f2ria Gonz\u00e1lez es va imposar a altres cuiners professionals amb dos plats. El primer era salat i el va servir dins un coco, amb alberg\u00ednia feta al forn glacejada amb salsa teriyaki amb licor de palo, servida amb un pur\u00e9 d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia amb miso. El segon era dol\u00e7 i va consistir en una rosa feta amb tires de melicot\u00f3 que va aromatitzar amb sangria i que va acompanyar d&#8217;una merenga vegana.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>segon lloc\u00a0<\/strong>va ser per a\u00a0<strong>Catalina Pol i Carla P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, alumnes de l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears, i el\u00a0<strong>tercer premi\u00a0<\/strong>se l&#8217;endugueren\u00a0els cuiners\u00a0<strong>Alina Cioaca i D\u00e1maso Campos<\/strong>, del restaurant Moss de l&#8217;hotel Meli\u00e0 Palma Marina.<\/p>\n<p>Els guanyadors s&#8217;endugueren una obra de l&#8217;artista\u00a0<strong>Manel Garner<\/strong>, llibres de cuina vegana, un lot de productes Lloren\u00e7 Cerd\u00e0 i un cistella de verdures de Terra Camp.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat va estar format per\u00a0<strong>Serena Sirini<\/strong>, experta amb pastisseria vegana i propiet\u00e0ria de la pastisseria Miss Sweet (Lloseta),\u00a0<strong>Fernando P. Arellano<\/strong>, xef de Baib\u00e9n\u00a0(Port Portals),\u00a0<strong>Bernab\u00e9 Caravotta<\/strong>, xef de Vandal (Palma), Adri\u00e1n Quetglas, xef d&#8217;<strong>Adri\u00e1n\u00a0Quetglas<\/strong>\u00a0(Palma), entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>La cita est\u00e0 organitzada per l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners Afincats a les Illes Balears (ASCAIB) i Vegan Chefs.
