El document apunta que hi ha hagut un descens de la producci\u00f3 del vi elaborat en un 25,1%. Aquesta disminuci\u00f3 de la producci\u00f3 ha afectat principalment l\u2019illa de Mallorca i, en menor mesura, Eivissa. No obstant aix\u00f2, a Menorca i a Formentera la producci\u00f3 s\u2019ha incrementat.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest descens a Mallorca es deu a que moltes vinyes varen patir la malaltia de Mildiu. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;hi ha d&#8217;afegir\u00a0 el cap de fibl\u00f3 del 29 d\u2019agost, i altres episodis meteorol\u00f2gics adversos, que veran provocar que la verema fos at\u00edpica.\u00a0 Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha de dir que la superf\u00edcie de vinya en producci\u00f3 va baixar un 11,1% respecte a l\u2019any 2019, quan s\u2019hi van destinar 1.816 hect\u00e0rees en comparaci\u00f3 amb les 1.615 de l\u2019any passat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dades de producci\u00f3 de vi de 2020<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El 2020 se\u2019n van produir 44.599 hectolitres davant els 59.584 de 2019. Per denominacions d\u2019origen, la DO Binissalem n\u2019ha produ\u00eft 6.492 hl (-30,7%); la DO Pla i Llevant, 9.919 hl (-31,7%); el Vi de la Terra Illes Balears n\u2019ha produ\u00eft 3380 hl (-12,4%); el Vi de la Terra Serra de Tramuntana, 105 hl (-53,1%); el Vi de la Terra Mallorca, 21.564 (-24,2%); el Vi de la Terra d\u2019Eivissa, 1.518 hl (-8,7%); el Vi de la Terra de Menorca, 1.426 hl (4,8%), i el Vi de la Terra de Formentera, 195 hl (25%). En total, el nombre de tones de ra\u00efm produ\u00eft van ser 7.280, un 21,5% menys que el 2019, quan es van produir 9.275 tones de ra\u00efm.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, la producci\u00f3 per hect\u00e0rea a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de les condicions meteorol\u00f2giques va disminuir un 8% el 2020. Una primavera c\u00e0lida i plujosa, amb temperatures mitjanes dos graus superiors a les habituals i pluges importants al maig i juny, va propiciar l\u2019aparici\u00f3 del m\u00edldiu, que, encara que va poder ser controlat pels viticultors, va afectar negativament la producci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, el cap de fibl\u00f3 del 29 d\u2019agost va arrasar diverses vinyes, especialment de la Serra de la Tramuntana, on va fer disminuir-ne la producci\u00f3 entre un 50 i un 90%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ajudes al sector<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Conselleria d&#8217;Agricultura ha gestionat el 2020 m\u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>2,7 milions en ajudes al sector del vi\u00a0<\/strong>i ha atorgat quasi 2 milions m\u00e9s en pr\u00e9stecs a trav\u00e9s d\u2019ISBA.<br \/>\nPer mor de la covid-19, el Ministeri d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3 va adoptar una s\u00e8rie d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies extraordin\u00e0ries per fer front a la crisi, entre d\u2019altres, ajudes que despr\u00e9s ha gestionat la Conselleria per a la destil\u00b7laci\u00f3, l\u2019emmagatzematge i la collita en verd, amb la finalitat de reduir la producci\u00f3 davant les perspectives negatives de comercialitzaci\u00f3 i de llevar pressi\u00f3 al mercat per evitar que caiguessin els preus. En total, 214.769 euros van arribar a les Balears.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, la Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura ha anunciat que est\u00e0 negociant amb el Ministeri i les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes una nova convocat\u00f2ria d\u2019aquestes mesures per pal\u00b7liar els efectes de la pand\u00e8mia en aquest 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una l\u00ednia de cr\u00e8dits d\u2019ISBA, es van concedir al sector del vi de les Illes Balears, el passat 2020, pr\u00e9stecs per un import total d\u20191.950.000 euros, i les ajudes del Programa de Suport al Sector Vitivin\u00edcola Espanyol (PASVE) hi van suposar una injecci\u00f3 de 2,4 milions d\u2019euros m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Darreres novetats<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El mes de novembre, el Consell de Govern va aprovar el Decret pel qual es fixaven els principis generals en mat\u00e8ria de control del potencial de producci\u00f3 vit\u00edcola, del Registre Vit\u00edcola i sobre les declaracions obligat\u00f2ries en el sector vitivin\u00edcola a les Illes Balears, en desplegament de la normativa europea i estatal.
