Aix\u00ed ho explica la sent\u00e8ncia del jutge Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez Mariscal de Gante, qui afirma que l&#8217;argument de\u00a0<strong>Veget\u00e0lia<\/strong>, l&#8217;empresa condemnada, \u00e9s contradictori quan defineix salami com a producte vegetari\u00e0, que no t\u00e9 carn. &#8220;Precisament, aquesta \u00e9s la conducta tipificada i castigada en el procediment administratiu que avui es revisa: usar un terme d&#8217;\u00fas social adm\u00e8s com \u00e9s el d&#8217;embotit o el de salami per descriure all\u00f2 que no \u00e9s&#8221;, matisa el magistrat.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;afer va comen\u00e7ar quan el\u00a0<strong>Govern de les Illes Balears<\/strong>\u00a0va denunciar l&#8217;empresa Veget\u00e0lia per vendre un producte elaborat amb productes vegetals com a salami i embotit. L&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 va imposar una multa de 3.000 euros a Veget\u00e0lia i l&#8217;empresa sancionada va rec\u00f3rrer la sanci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Va emetre la sent\u00e8ncia el 4 de setembre de 2019 i el recurs de l&#8217;empresa no ha estat adm\u00e8s. L&#8217;\u00fanic que Veget\u00e0lia ha aconseguit \u00e9s rebaixar la sanci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica, que no podr\u00e0 superar els 300 euros. Contra la sent\u00e8ncia no hi pot haver cap recurs ordinari.<\/p>\n<p>Fonts del sector apunten que aquesta sent\u00e8ncia pot ser favorable en cas que alguna empresa elabori i comercialitzi un producte vegetal amb el nom de sobrassada.<\/p>\n<pre>Foto:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pixabay.com\/es\/users\/bru-no-1161770\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Bru-nO -
