A partir de dimecres 3 de desembre, els amants de la bona cuina podran gaudir d&#8217;una de les receptes m\u00e9s tradicionals i emblem\u00e0tiques de l&#8217;illa: el Brou Menorqu\u00ed, conegut com el cuit menorqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest plat, ple de sabor i tradici\u00f3, t\u00e9 les seves arrels a la cuina menorquina i s&#8217;elabora amb ingredients locals com carn de vedella&nbsp;<em>xenc<\/em>, gallina, patates, cigrons, tom\u00e0tic, ceba i herbes de sopa. El&nbsp;<strong>brou menorqu\u00ed se serveix en dos temps<\/strong>: primer, una sopa de fideus elaborada amb el brou de cocci\u00f3; i despr\u00e9s, un segon plat amb les patates, els ciurons i la carn del bullit.&nbsp;<strong>\u00c9s un plat calent i reconfortant, propi dels dies freds de l\u00b4hivern menorqu\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els restaurants participants oferiran el men\u00fa especial \u201cEls Dimecres \u00e9s dia de Brou\u201d, compost per:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Primer plat: Sopa de fideus (Brou del bullit menorqu\u00ed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Segon plat: Patates, ciurons i carn del bullit menorqu\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua o copa de vi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa i postres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>preu del men\u00fa ser\u00e0 de 20 \u20ac<\/strong>, IVA incl\u00f2s, i es mantindr\u00e0 igual a tots els establiments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jornades&nbsp;<strong>se celebraran els dimecres de desembre del 2025 i gener del 2025, concretament els dies 3, 10, 17 i 24 de desembre, i 7, 14, 21 i 28 de gener<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es mant\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;<strong>opci\u00f3 de men\u00fa per emportar<\/strong>, que permet gaudir del brou a casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enguany hi participen&nbsp;<strong>cinc restaurants especialitzats en cuina local<\/strong>, que oferiran la seva pr\u00f2pia interpretaci\u00f3 del tradicional plat menorqu\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Es Casino de Sant Climent<\/strong>(Sant Climent)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mes\u00f3n R\u00edas Baixas<\/strong>(Ferreries)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jaume II\u00a0<\/strong>(Ciutadella)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hotel Jeni &amp; Restaurant<\/strong>(es Mercadal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mol\u00ed d&#8217;es Rac\u00f3<\/strong>(es Mercadal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb aquesta iniciativa, l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Menorquina de Bars, Restaurants i Cafeteries reafirma el comprom\u00eds amb la promoci\u00f3 de la gastronomia local i la dinamitzaci\u00f3 de la restauraci\u00f3 durant els mesos d&#8217;hivern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest esdeveniment compta amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la
