{"id":101585,"date":"2025-05-21T07:37:49","date_gmt":"2025-05-21T05:37:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/mes-de-3-000-quilos-de-sardina-mallorquina-consumits-en-quatre-dies"},"modified":"2026-04-16T17:35:39","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T15:35:39","slug":"mes-de-3-000-quilos-de-sardina-mallorquina-consumits-en-quatre-dies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/mes-de-3-000-quilos-de-sardina-mallorquina-consumits-en-quatre-dies","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9s de 3.000 quilos de sardina mallorquina consumits en quatre dies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La primera edici\u00f3 de la Fira de la Sardina, impulsada per la Confraria de Pescadors de Palma en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l\u2019Ajuntament de Ciutat, s\u2019ha tancat amb un balan\u00e7 molt positiu, tant pel que fa a la participaci\u00f3 com al consum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre dijous 15 i diumenge 18 de maig s\u2019han consumit m\u00e9s de 3.000 quilos de sardina mallorquina, i divendres es va exhaurir la quantitat prevista inicialment per als quatre dies de fira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A causa de l\u2019elevada demanda, especialment durant els dos primers dies, tres embarcacions extra sortiren a pescar divendres, tot i no ser un dia habitual de feina, amb l\u2019objectiu d&#8217;abastir d&#8217;aquest producte als assistents. Aquesta mesura excepcional ha perm\u00e8s mantenir l\u2019oferta de sardina fresca a totes les casetes gastron\u00f2miques fins al dia de clausura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El patr\u00f3 major de la Confraria de Pescadors de Palma,&nbsp;<strong>Domingo Bonn\u00edn, ha valorat el resultat amb satisfacci\u00f3. \u201cSab\u00edem que la sardina mallorquina tenia potencial, per\u00f2 la resposta ha superat totes les nostres expectatives. Aquesta fira ha demostrat que el producte local t\u00e9 \u00e8xit, i que quan la ciutadania hi t\u00e9 acc\u00e9s, el valora i el consumeix<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;m\u00e9s, la Confraria de Pescadors de Palma ha volgut fer un pas m\u00e9s en el seu comprom\u00eds amb la ciutat, i&nbsp;<strong>ha donat l\u2019excedent de sardines no servides, prop de 90 quilos, a l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Tardor<\/strong>, entitat social que treballa amb persones en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant els quatre dies,&nbsp;<strong>milers de persones han passat pel Moll de Pescadors<\/strong>, on s\u2019han instal\u00b7lat m\u00e9s de 40 envelats dedicats a la gastronomia, l\u2019artesania, la cultura marinera, la m\u00fasica en directe i activitats infantils. La sardina ha estat el fil conductor de tota la programaci\u00f3, i s&#8217;ha consolidat com a s\u00edmbol del producte de proximitat i de la tradici\u00f3 pesquera de l\u2019illa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fira ha assolit el seu objectiu:&nbsp;<strong>promoure el consum de producte local, destacar el valor nutricional i cultural del peix blau, i enriquir la vida social i cultural de Palma<\/strong>, apropant la ciutadania a la mar i a la feina dels pescadors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La I Fira de la Sardina de Palma \u00e9s un esdeveniment&nbsp;<strong>organitzat per la Confraria de Pescadors<\/strong>&nbsp;amb el suport institucional de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma, CAEB Restauraci\u00f3, Palma Activa, la Conselleria d&#8217;Empresa, Ocupaci\u00f3 i Energia del Govern de les Illes Balears, Ports de les Balears, Ag\u00e8ncia de Desenvolupament Regional de Balears, Conselleria d&#8217;Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural i el Consell de Mallorca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;esdeveniment tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les marques San Miguel, Bicicletas y Peces, Codorniu, Generaci\u00f3n X, Grup Palma Ocio, Grup Trui, Net
