Tot i aix\u00f2, no tots els aliments responen b\u00e9 al proc\u00e9s de congelaci\u00f3. Alguns poden perdre textura, sabor, o propietats nutricionals, mentre que altres poden alterar-se d\u2019una manera que els fa menys apetitosos o fins i tot inadequats per al consum. A continuaci\u00f3, fem una llista d\u2019alguns dels aliments que \u00e9s millor evitar congelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Aliments amb alt contingut d\u2019aigua<\/strong><br>Els aliments com l\u2019enciam, els cogombres, les s\u00edndries i els tom\u00e0quets perden la seva textura original quan es descongelen, ja que l\u2019aigua que contenen forma com cristalls de gel que destrueixen les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. Quan es descongelen, esdevenen tous i poc agradables al paladar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Productes lactis<\/strong><br>Els iogurts, les salses amb base de nata i alguns tipus de formatges (com el fresc o la ricotta) no congelen b\u00e9. Peixos i mariscos crus<\/strong><br>Tot i que molts peixos i mariscos es poden congelar, \u00e9s millor evitar congelar varietats greixoses com el salm\u00f3 fresc, ja que poden desenvolupar un sabor ranci si no es processen correctament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Caf\u00e8 preparat o infusions<\/strong><br>El caf\u00e8 ja fet perd el seu sabor i aroma caracter\u00edstic despr\u00e9s de la congelaci\u00f3.
